1. Consultation: Preparation of a prioritized Consultation Report for the homeseller's use to best prepare their own property for showing and sale. This is affordable for everyone and a great do-it-yourself guide!

2. Consultation and re-design: Based on the client’s needs, we can transform the property using the sellers existing furniture, art, and accessories to achieve the best sales impact possible.

3. Staging: Includes all the above; also adds decorative "props", decor and furniture to create the desired effect.

4. Furnish and Stage: Completely furnish and decorate seller's vacant property. This can be from vignettes and props to a fully-furnished model unit.

We are happy to work with your budget and timeline and will never pressure anyone to purchase additional services. We will call upon our prior experiences to stretch your investment dollars and find the most affordable and creative way to complete the needed work!

Other Services Include:

• Repairs and Maintenance: Repairs and maintenance can be performed by our licensed and bonded contractor. Frequently finding someone to do small jobs is a problem - not anymore! When you sell your home, needed repairs must be disclosed to buyers or will be discovered during inspections. Don't risk losing a sale or taking a price reduction (which is nearly always more than the actual cost) due to repair items.
  
  
• Remodeling: Sometimes dated fixtures, lighting or paint can be very distracting to what should appear as a wonderful home. Usually minor updating will result in a higher listing price and quicker sale.
  
  
• Cleaning, packing and more: Preparing your home to sell does not need to be a daunting task. We provide a full range of services so you do not need to hire various repair people, cleaning or yard services -- we will handle these details for you. All jobs, large or small, receive our unique attention to detail and quality work.
